Her Pair: First Order Exchange
Her Bloom offers a First Order Exchange: on your first order, you can exchange within 45 days for a different size, style, or store credit. We know styles can fit differently in person, and we want you to get the perfect fit.
- Exchanges must be requested within 45 days of the original purchase date.
- One time exchange for a different style, size, or store credit.
- Limit to 1 exchange per customer.

Any store credit received due to exchange on sale items will be given at the sale price.
Store credit can be used toward any future Her Bloom purchase and does not expire.
