At Her Bloom, your comfort and confidence matters deeply to us. Because our products are intimate garments, we do not accept returns. 

Her Pair: First Order Exchange 

We totally get that styles can fit differently in person which is why we offer a “First Order Exchange” on all first orders to ensure you get the perfect fit!

• Exchanges must be requested within 45 days of the original purchase date.

• One time exchange for a different style, size, or store credit 
• Shipping on exchanged items is on us!

• Limit to 1 exhange per customer

Items Not Eligible for Exchange: Gifts with Purchase (Free Items), Shipping Fees, Gift Cards, Third Party Products.

Any store credit received due to exchange on sale items will be given at the sale price.

Store credit can be used toward any future Her Bloom purchase and does not expire.
