Yes. Her Bloom period underwear is third party tested for cytotoxicity, skin irritation, skin sensitization, PFAS, bisphenols and wash durability. Match the pair to the heaviest day you plan to wear it. The Shortie (Heavy Flow) is our most absorbent, made for days 1–2 and overnight, and holds about the equivalent of six regular tampons. The Shortie (Medium Flow) and the Keep it Brief, Brief are built for days 3–5 and hold about four regular tampons, with the Brief cut as a mid-rise daytime option. If you are in between flows, we recommend going up in absorbency so you are always covered. These are guides, not rules. It depends on your flow and how often you do laundry. Since every pair air dries rather than tumble dries, it helps to keep enough on hand to wear while others are in the wash. Every product page has a size chart with measurements from XXS to 4XL. Measure your hips at the widest point and compare against the chart. If you land between two sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

For medium flow days, the Keep it Brief, Brief is a mid-rise daytime brief with six side clasps on each hip and three waist adjustments, so you can change without undressing and add room on bloated days.

Yes. Her Bloom offers a First Order Exchange on all first orders, so you can swap for a different size, style, or store credit within 45 days, with a limit of one exchange per customer.
