Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and major weather events) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment. Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 7–21 business days after your order has shipped, depending on location and customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.
Customs processing times vary and may cause delays that are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 7 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@herbloom.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
P.O. Boxes
If shipping to a P.O. Box, please select USPS as UPS does not deliver to these locations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Her Bloom is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
